Jiong Li receives V Foundation research grant

Jiong Li, Ph.D., has been awarded a five-year R01 grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR). The title of his grant is "FOSL1-super-enhancers define cisplatin-enriched cancer stem cells in HNSCC."  Professors Yan Zhang (Medicinal Chemistry), Shijyu Song (Radiation Oncology), Mark Mochel (Pathology), and Dipankar Bandopadhyay (Biostatistics) are collaborators. Congratulations to Dr. Li and his team. Much success to them going forward.
