Overview

The PK ADME Lab offers highly sensitive analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids as well as in vitro dissolution testing. The lab's expertise in HPLC and LC-MS/MS method development spans a wide range of technologies and applications. Methods have been established for drugs and endogenous compounds in biological, environmental and pharmaceutical sample matrices. The team also conducts pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies, product testing and biomarker measurements for both small and large molecules.
